Today I picked some of the photos that are just right for the cold winter-ish (at least here) afternoon.
I’m picking up an ever so slight bluish tinge with the b/w. Did you add that or is it my monitor settings?
I believe taht it has to be the issue on your side, the photos are converted to B&W in RAW processing, so it can’t get any tint unless on purpose (which I do not do) 🙂
All are great! FULL SUNSHINE! 🙂
Following your conversation above, what software do u use for b/w conversion? I am using Photoshop for this type of effect -> add the second layer, apply “Soft Light” effect, adjust with Gradient Map to black and white. But your images have better contrast and better gray scale…
I shoot RAW and use Lightroom. For B&W I most often use presets based on old set by Eric Kim and modified for my needs. Contrast and grayscale are mostly dependent on light and exposure imo.
Haaa. I see. Thanks for sharing!
Love em! Let’s fill this town with artists! 🙂 Great series.
Let’s fill it! I love this bag.
Nice set you got here, and a lovely day.
great i love them and a good idea to watch this
Very good set Jack!
I like this set. The first and last are really nice, and the second-to-last is really nice–my favorite! The other two are too contrasty for me, and swallow up too much detail for my taste.
Nice set, I love the theme you’ve kept throughout!
Thanks; seems I’m a contrasty man 😛
